Francisca Amoako Awuku is a Chartered Accountant with over fifteen (15) years progressive working experience in banking and related industries. She joined Venture Capital Trust Fund as an Internal Auditor and is currently the Head of Finance and Administration. Prior to joining Venture Capital Trust Fund, she worked as the Head of Audit at Bank of Africa overseeing internal control and auditing functions of the Bank. She started her career at Ernst & Young where she worked on auditing projects for companies such as AngloGold Ashanti, Ghacem, Hull Blyth, OLAM Ghana, Ghana AIDS Commission, and Roman Ridge School amongst others. She has attended several training programmes both locally and internationally.
