Dina is a seasoned Human Resource and Administration practitioner with over 20 years experience. Her expertise lies in organizational development, recruitment and selection, performance management, compensation, and knowledge management. Dina joined the Venture Capital Trust Fund (VCTF) in February 2008 as Executive Secretary and is currently the Head of Ecosystem Development.
Prior to VCTF, Dina provided secretarial and HR support to Domestic Operations and Castle Road Branch at Intercontinental Bank Ghana Ltd (Now Access Bank). She also served as a Human Resource Assistant and Acting HR Manager at Deloitte Ghana.
Dina is passionate about the development of the Venture Capital and Private Equity Ecosystem. She has experience in Corporate Governance and has served as secretary to various Boards and Committees, including the Board of VCTF and the Ghana Venture Capital and Private Equity Association (GVCA). She is currently the Company Secretary of Startup Catalyst Fund Ltd, Strategic Industries Fund Ltd, and the Secretary to the Audit Committee of VCTF. She is passionate about the development of the Venture Capital and Private Equity Ecosystem.
She holds an Advanced Management Certificate from the China Europe International Business School (CEIBS), an Executive MBA in Human Resource from the University of Ghana Business School, an Impact Investing in Africa Certificate from the Graduate School of Business, University of Cape Town, and a Bachelor’s degree in Management Studies (BMS) from the University of Cape Coast. She is a Certified HR Professional and a member of the Ghana Institute of Human Resource Management.
Dina enjoys singing, cooking, and watching football matches.
